Our expertly trained
horticultural staff is the backbone of our business. They will visit
your facility once per week as their regular scheduled visit. Their
duties include, but are not limited to, watering, trimming, pruning,
cleaning and checking for insects and disease. If a plant begins to
look less than its original integrity, it is replaced at no charge to
you. (See horticultural agreement.)
Due to our
commitment to the environment, we prefer to treat any diseased foliage
naturally, if possible. When we need to use chemicals, we will
arrange with the client to spray during non-working hours. This is
for the benefit of our client and their clients.
Monthly for
sure, your account will be visited by our Quality Control Technician.
We can tour your facility alone or make an appointment for you to tour
with us. Since technicians are evaluated on a "point" system, it is
in the best interest for these visits to be flawless. It means
bonuses to the owner/operator/technicians and file updates which could
lead to more percentage of the ownership of the company.
